It has been a while since I participated in the PhotoFriday contest. But this time I had this great flower and a nice red wall so I made some pictures. In the end I realised I had made some pictures with an Amaryllis before and that picture was actually nicer. For the interested people, this was my second choice:

This weeks theme is ‘Hot’. I really like hot, spicy food and that is why this picture came to my mind. I first thought of a picture of a campfire. I love campfires too, but a just a fire was too easy I thought. I did think of burning the peppers and I actually did it. But they didn’t want to burn that well, so I decided this picture was better. I am going to give the burning-pepper-photo a second try though, somewhere after my exams

I took this picture of a Dutch Singer/Songwriter on VIRUS festival where ‘culture meets pop’, organised by students from my university. I actually think this picture is a bit to easy for this challenge, but since I am in my exam period this will have to do

Camera + flowers = me taking pictures while others are waiting. Is it my obsession to make these kinds of pictures? Ask my BF

This picture was actually taken in Sweden, but could have easily been made in The Netherlands. The plants shown in the picture are often seen in the Dutch countrysite. Since my parents live in the countrysite and on the water (yes, in a houseboat, but not the typical one) this is a very familiar picture.
